  • 1 week = 7 days = 168 hours = 604,800 seconds — Helpful for project planning and scheduling.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Time Calculator

Add the minutes first. If the total exceeds 60, carry 1 to the hours column and subtract 60 from the minutes. Then add the hours. For example, 2:45 + 1:30 = 4:15 (45+30=75 minutes = 1 hour and 15 minutes, so 2+1+1=4 hours, 15 minutes).

There are 86,400 seconds in a day (24 hours × 60 minutes × 60 seconds = 86,400).
